At Floppy Lizard, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are created through a mix of in‑house design, direct manufacturing, and third‑party fulfilment, our refund and return process depends on the type of product you purchased.


This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work across all Floppy Lizard product categories.


1. Product Categories Covered by This Policy


1.1 Floppy Lizard–Manufactured Products


Products printed and shipped directly by Floppy Lizard.


1.2 Third‑Party Manufactured Products 


Products sold under the collection “On‑Demand Flops” are printed and shipped by The Print Bar.


2. Returns & Refunds for Floppy Lizard–Manufactured Products


We offer refunds or replacements when:


The item is faulty or damaged.

The print contains a manufacturing error.

The product does not match its description.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:


Change of mind.

Incorrect size selection.

Wear and tear from normal use.

Damage caused by incorrect washing or care.

Minor variations in colour, print placement, or garment sizing (see tolerances below).

Manufacturing Tolerances


Garment sizing: ±1.5 cm

Print placement: ±2 cm

Colour variation: ±5%

These variations are normal and not considered faults.


3. Returns & Refunds for Third‑Party Manufactured Products


Products in the On‑Demand Flops collection are printed and shipped by The Print Bar.


For these items:


Floppy Lizard is responsible for providing correct artwork files.

The Print Bar is responsible for garment quality, print quality, production, and shipping.

If your On‑Demand Flops item arrives faulty

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the fault

We will assist you in lodging a claim with the third-party.


Refunds and replacements are subject to the third-party's policies and approval.


Floppy Lizard cannot:


Issue refunds for manufacturing faults on third‑party products

Replace garments printed by third‑party manufacturers

Override The third-party's decisions

5. Return Window


All return or refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.


6. Shipping Issues


6.1 Floppy Lizard–Manufactured Products


If we ship the product directly:


We are responsible for dispatching your order.

We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or damaged goods in transit.

6.2 Third‑Party Manufactured Products


For On‑Demand Flops:


Shipping is handled by the third-party.

Courier delays, lost parcels, and delivery issues must be lodged through their process.

Floppy Lizard will assist but cannot issue refunds for shipping problems.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses


If an incorrect address is provided at checkout:


Floppy Lizard is not responsible for lost parcels.

Replacements or refunds cannot be issued for orders delivered to the wrong address.

8. How to Lodge a Return or Refund Request

We will review your request within 3–5 business days and advise the next steps.


9. Australian Consumer Law


Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


You may be entitled to a replacement or refund if goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.
