In‑house by Floppy Lizard, or
By third‑party print providers.
Products sold under the collection “On‑Demand Flops” are printed and shipped exclusively by a third party.

You will not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
You will not attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the website.

2. Product Types & Responsibilities
2.1 Floppy Lizard–Manufactured Products
For products printed and shipped directly by Floppy Lizard:
We are responsible for print quality, garment selection, and production.
We will replace or refund items that are faulty or not as described.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
2.2 Third‑Party Manufactured Products (
Products in the On‑Demand Flops collection are printed and shipped by The Print Bar.
For these items:
Floppy Lizard is responsible only for providing correct artwork files.
Third party is responsible for garment quality, print quality, production, and shipping.
Any claims relating to physical product faults must follow the third party's policies.
Floppy Lizard will assist with communication but cannot override third‑party decisions.
3. Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
However:
Errors may occur.
Colours may vary due to screen differences.
Product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to:
Change prices without notice
Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud
Limit quantities on certain products
Payment must be completed at checkout for orders to be processed.
6. Shipping & Fulfilment
6.1 Floppy Lizard–Manufactured Products
We are responsible for dispatching orders but not for courier delays, lost parcels, or damaged goods in transit.
6.2 Third‑Party Manufactured Products
For On‑Demand Flops:
Shipping is handled by the third party
Courier delays, lost parcels, and delivery issues must be lodged through their process.
Floppy Lizard cannot issue refunds for shipping problems.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our full Return & Refund Policy is available on our website.
Key points:
Faulty Floppy Lizard–manufactured items will be replaced or refunded.
Third‑party manufactured items follow the third party policies.
Design‑only services are non‑refundable once approved or delivered.

All original illustrations, branding, and designs remain the property of Floppy Lizard.

Floppy Lizard is not responsible for third‑party errors, delays, or service interruptions.

Manufacturing defects caused by third‑party printers
Shipping delays or courier issues
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profit or business interruption
Floppy Lizard’s total liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
